After studying Chemical Engineering at Tennessee Tech, Philip worked in manufacturing in different industries for 25 years, with the highest levels of safety ratings at his factories, driving efficiency and effectiveness in operations through safety, lean enterprise, continuous improvement, policy deployment, and team building.  Philip understands the ramifications of poor quality and is dedicated to installing quality into the LogiCourt manufacturing processes.

Outside of work, Philip's interests include running, triathlons, obstacle course racing, wakeboarding, singing and playing basketball.  Philip is also heavily involved at church, and he and his wife have worked extensively with the foster care and adoption systems in Arkansas.
